Introducing: Campaign Attachments Feature

We are excited to announce a powerful new feature is now available in the Email Marketing Automation extension

You can now include attachments directly in your campaigns. This feature is integrated into the existing campaign process, letting you easily attach document e.g. your latest product catalog or a detailed PDF guide—right alongside your main email message. It simplifies the entire process, ensuring your audience gets all the necessary information in one single mailing. Go ahead and start using it right away

How to Add Attachments to Email Marketing

To give you more power and flexibility, we have updated the campaign creation process from 4 steps to a new 5-step process. The new step, Attachments, is added right after you select your template, making it easier than ever to include documents with your mailing.

The updated sequence is now:

1. Campaign Details
2. Marketing Lists
3. Templates
4. Attachments (NEW STEP!)
5. Review & Send

Adding attachments is fairly easy, all you have to do is, once you have selected the Template and pressed next, attachment tab will appear

1. On the right side you can see + New Document button
   
2. Once pressed it will show a pop-up box. You can then browse your computer for the file or simply drag and drop the file right into the box
   
3. Once your file is ready, click Upload. Once it is uploaded you can see the attached files Title and Name. You can also view and download it
   
4. After the upload is complete, just click Next to move on to the finally review and send out the email campaign
