Follow the below mentioned procedure, as a result you will be able to add a custom module into email marketing campaign.
Step 1 : Configure the Custom Module through extension settings
Go to CRM settings
Go to Extension pack list and choose “Email Marketing”
Enable the desired Custom Module from configuration.Here we are adding Custom Contacts (Custom module) to the email markting extension. You can create a custom module using custom module builder extension
Press the “Add modules” button
After adding the custom module to the email markting extension, through configuration. Now, we will learn how to access it from email marketing module
Step 2 : How to access the Custom Module in Email Marketing
Go to Settings
Select Marketing > > Email Marketing
Click on the Create Email Marketing button, as a result following window will open.
It will ask you about the information regarding campaign like Campaign Name, Email/SMTP Server, From Name and Email and Assigned to. Fill in the information and hit “Next” button
Enable the Custom created Module and you are good to go
Follow the standard Email Marketing Automation from here onwards after selecting the custom module
Note: In Email Marketing Configuration, only those Custom Modules will be shown which have Email field. In case a custom module does not have Email field then it will be not shown in Email Marketing configuration and hence cannot be used for automated email marketing.
