Predictive Fields/Actions (Self Learning) – Extension for VTiger

VTiger Extension designed to learn from user actions and predict/propose the next value (most common). It's neat interface makes it very easy to update records (one click). Predictions show up as a "clickable bubble", where the user has an option to select from 4 options and set the value with just single click.

It supports date, text and picklist fields. We put some thought into it and designed so it's intuitive and easy to use.

In addition, it has configuration options such as "only edit/create", "only if empty" as well "don't show predictions if record is older than X days".

Search Popup Filter

This extension was designed to apply filter (or condition) that will limit the results user will see when selecting a record (any) from a lookup/select/search popup in VTiger. For example, say you are creating a new ticket - you select your organization and then search for the contact to be associated with the ticket, by default - you will see all contacts in the system, however with this extension, you can configure contact lookup popup to only show contacts related to the organization you already selected on the ticket.

Knowledge Base

Knowledge base plugin for VTiger was designed to allow users to access internal documentation more easily. Very easy to use navigation/interface accessible from any page in VTiger. In addition, knowledge base does not overwrite current page you are on, but instead opens a popup/overlay, meaning that you can open and close it while editing/creating records.

It has instant + smart search, where the results will be displayed as you type. We added custom search logic to find only relevant articles. The plugin itself is fully customizable. You can create your own category, set limits on articles, configure custom permissions and much more.

Convert Quote/Invoice/Order to Project

Extension for VTiger designed to convert Quote/Invoice/Order to Project. It comes with intuitive conversion wizard/popup includes:

Pre-filled Project Name (with subject)
Option to select Project Start/End Date
Option to exclude products/services (by default, all products/services get automatically checked/included)
Option to set Project Task Start/End Date

When the project gets created, it will automatically create project tasks as well. Each project task will get associated with appropiate service/product. Project will get associated with quote/invoice/order from which it was created.

You can also auto-fill additional data from quote/invoice/order to project. This would have to be done by creating simple workflow (executed when project gets created) and configure it to auto-fill/set required fields. (Same method applies to auto-filling product/service information to project task or setting default values).

Gallery/Slideshow View Extension for VTiger is simply a plugin which allows to preview any documents (images/pictures) attached to VTiger record. Slideshow lists the thumbnails (files) on the right with the date created & document title with ability to scroll through all of them in just few seconds.

In addition, it can be configured to only retrieve images/pictures from certain folder (done in configuration area).

Custom Buttons

Custom Buttons Extension for VTiger was designed to improve efficiency when updating records. Buttons can be configured to show modal popup with selected fields. For example, you can add a button to "Update Address" which will only show address fields when clicked. This is very primitive example, however it can be used for so much more. Most commonly used scenarios:

Checklists (popups that only include checklist fields)
Missing/Incomplete information (custom logic to show/hide buttons only if conditions are true e.g "Missing phone number").
Sales Stage specific information (popups that only include demo, on-boarding, follow up schedule..)

In addition, it supports conditional logic, meaning that buttons can be shown or hidden based on certain condition. For example, if organization's address is incomplete - you could show a button indicating that and with an option to update address when the button is clicked.

Easy Item Lookup

Easy Item Lookup Extension for VTiger was designed to significantly increase the efficiency when adding products & services to the invoices/quotes/sales & purchase orders. We applied a method that is very similar to any online shop, where you select your category and items reload based on the category selected. It supports up to 3 "category" fields, meaning, that you can narrow down your search by any picklist field on product/service (category, sub category, manufacturer, type, etc..). It also supports filter by vendor, which works exactly as the category filter.

In addition, to the easy lookup, you can also search the product/service by name, part number or any other field on the list (similar to standard vtiger functionality). Special filtering options such as A-Z, In Stock Only, Bundles Only, Inactive are also available.

On top of that, you can adjust Quantity and Price (on the popup) before the item gets added or even after (qty/price will update automatically on the record).

Easy Item Lookup is by far one of the most important extension you should have if you do any work with Quotes, Invoices, Orders or Purchase Orders.

Custom Headers

Custom Headers extension for VTiger was developed to increase the visibility from summary and detail views. Headers can be fully customized, meaning you can select the icon, color and define different field label. Headers were designed to be noticed immediately. The color and the icon really helps the user to see it right away.

In addition to displaying primary module fields, it also supports parent modules. For example, you can create a custom header for Ticket and select the field to be displayed (on the header) from the Organization.

Multi Column Blocks/Layouts Extension for VTiger

Extension designed to convert standard Vtiger block layout (2 column) into multi column layout (up to 10 columns). Very easy to use and configure. Columns are configured in standard "Field & Layout Editor" by simply setting number of columns and dragging and dropping fields in desired area.

It's extremely helpful to eliminate "white space" when viewing the record, as well as design the layout to meet businesses exact needs.
