Custom Module & Relationship builder for VTiger is a very handy extension that enables the CRM admins to create new Custom Modules in the blink of an eye. These custom modules are made following VTiger standards strictly. In addition, the relationship builder allows CRM admins to link together existing modules as well as new custom modules. It supports 1:1, 1:M and M:M relationships. All the modules made by this extension includes Activity, Documents & Comments widgets and Modified By, Created By fields. New Feature We have added a new feature in this extension to make it a more powerful tool. Users can now send emails from a newly created custom module. You can see the ‘Send Email’ button in the top right corner of the record of the custom modules. Clicking this button will open an email composer. Click on “M:M Relationship” button to add a relation. Select one of the modules you want to interlink in the many-to-many relationship. Select the other module you want to link to the first module in a many-to-many relationship. You can see the Tab in the 2nd module that is populated from the 1st module. Click on “1:M Relationship” button to add a relation. Select the Primary module you want to link to multiple records of another module. Select the Child/Related module you want to link to the single primary module. Select the block of records from secondary module in which you want the field to be displayed. In VTiger 7 you create Custom Modules. The purpose of this extension is to help the user to create a module according to his requirements and you can relate modules with each others by using this extension. How To Create Custom Module Go to the “CRM Settings” and click on the “Other Settings” drop down menu button and select “VTE Custom Module Builder“ From here click on the “Custom Module” button to create a new module.
