Predictive Fields/Actions (Self Learning) – Extension for VTiger

VTiger Extension designed to learn from user actions and predict/propose the next value (most common). It's neat interface makes it very easy to update records (one click). Predictions show up as a "clickable bubble", where the user has an option to select from 4 options and set the value with just single click.

It supports date, text and picklist fields. We put some thought into it and designed so it's intuitive and easy to use.

In addition, it has configuration options such as "only edit/create", "only if empty" as well "don't show predictions if record is older than X days".

Progress Bar

Progress Bar Extension for VTiger was designed to add more visibility and allow instant updates for the configured "progress" (stage/status) field. Progress bar is displayed in the header and is clickable (record gets updated when user clicks on progress bar value). Progress bar can be configured on any module (as long as it has picklist field).

It's simplistic design allows users to easily see the stage the record is in and update with a single click.

Easy Item Lookup

Easy Item Lookup Extension for VTiger was designed to significantly increase the efficiency when adding products & services to the invoices/quotes/sales & purchase orders. We applied a method that is very similar to any online shop, where you select your category and items reload based on the category selected. It supports up to 3 "category" fields, meaning, that you can narrow down your search by any picklist field on product/service (category, sub category, manufacturer, type, etc..). It also supports filter by vendor, which works exactly as the category filter.

In addition, to the easy lookup, you can also search the product/service by name, part number or any other field on the list (similar to standard vtiger functionality). Special filtering options such as A-Z, In Stock Only, Bundles Only, Inactive are also available.

On top of that, you can adjust Quantity and Price (on the popup) before the item gets added or even after (qty/price will update automatically on the record).

Easy Item Lookup is by far one of the most important extension you should have if you do any work with Quotes, Invoices, Orders or Purchase Orders.

Macros for VTiger is an Extension that provides users with the function to create predefined actions (workflows) and trigger them from the record Detail/Summary View - with just a single click. It enables a "Macros" button (Trigger) and indication icon when the macro has been executed.

It is based on the standard VTiger workflows and supports all the tasks (Field Updates, Custom Entity Creation, Adding Comments, Sending/Scheduling Emails, Creating Activities & More).

Quick Edit

Quick Edit extension for VTiger is developed to give the ability of edition of related records (1:m, 1:1) when in Edit/Create view of primary record. The extension adds "Pencil" icon next to every Relation field with which you can avail the editing capabilities.

Upon clicking the icon, it brings up the "Quick Edit View" (Quick Create Fields) and lets user to edit & save the related records on the fly.

Google Address

Google Address Lookup for VTiger, as the name suggests, is an accessory to efficiently and accurately enter the address using Google Maps services. As you start typing the address, it will show all possible matches closest to your location.

But the extension does more; It supports custom address fields, meaning that in the configuration panel you will be able to configure any fields to work as 'address lookup fields'. In addition, address lookup can be limited to specific country and it is compatible with both Detail and Edit Views.

An Extension for VTiger that refines and optimizes the search feature of VTiger CRM. The extension has the ability to execute searches on all the possible fields. Currently, VTiger search only queries 'name' fields. However, our extension replaces standard search completely and enables the look up to be executed using all the standard and custom fields.

In addition, it includes the ability to specify which fields to search on and what should be the output/result fields. Global Search for VTiger is compatible with VTiger standard & custom modules.
