Email/Conversation view extension for VTiger transforms "simple" email list into conversation view. The view is very easy to read and includes email message on the list, meaning that you don't need to open email to see the response. In addition, it differentiates emails from customers versus vtiger users by highlighting the background and adding divider borders.

The plugin is configurable, where you can define how many characters to show on the preview, set cut off variables, remove line breaks - essentially, everything you would need to see email communication at a glance.

Timesheets (Employee Time Log)

Timesheets is an extension for VTiger designed to elegantly track employee (user) time, with ability to visualize it. It supports custom periods, where you can adjust the length of the period to fit your business. In addition, periods can be locked to prevent any further modifications. It's simplistic design, makes it extremely easy to log the time and specify the reason, description as well as associate it with an existing record in vtiger.

It supports imports and exports (only for admins) as well as automatically calculates totals for the period and displays them in a very easy to understand manner. Timesheet extension can potentially be used to do payroll or track contractors.

Extension that will transform VTiger into sophisticated email marketing/campaign tool. It will include a step by step wizard, easy to use “marketing list” (to load contacts/leads/organizations), review & send + confirmation/summary view that shows exactly what and when is going to be sent. In addition, it supports batch sending, meaning that you can schedule emails to go out over 15, 30, 60min instead of sending them all at once.

We also developed Email Designer extension, which allows users to create amazing email templates, the functionality is very similar to mailchimp, constant contact or any other email marketing platform.

Activity Reminder (Alert/Popup)

Activity Reminder (Alert/Popup) Extension for VTiger was designed to make calendar reminders look similar to outlook. The reminder popup shows up automatically when the activity is due and displays current day's activities with basic details such as subject, description, related to (contact, lead, organization, etc..) as well as Due In. In addition, built-in Snooze option allow the user to snooze all or individual activity.

We added a shortcut to open the popup manually, which makes it a great tool not only for reminders, but also for viewing activities for the day.

Email Parser

Email parser for VTiger automatically grabs important data from recurring emails based on your own custom parsing/mapping rules. Once a new email is processed your data gets transferred to VTiger as a new or an update to an existing record.

The extension was built to support a broad variety of use-cases and has a flexible architecture. You can set up custom parsing rules step-by-step which are tailored to your needs.

Email Parser directly integrates with VTiger Mail Converter. VTiger Mail Converter comes standard with VTiger and is used to automatically create leads, contacts, organizations, tickets as well as attach emails to certain records. The standard functionality is fairly limited and it does not support any mapping or additional modules. Our plugin “VTE Email Parser” enhances mail converter and allows email messages to be parsed and data mapped into VTiger records.

We enhanced standard VTiger calendar by adding a Job/Work Scheduler view, which is a must-have for organizations that rely on calendar and scheduling. It was designed to show all the users/groups as rows, while the days/hours/weeks/months remain as columns. This allows users to see events assigned to each user without them overlapping onto other users/hours.

Job/Work Scheduler Calendar for VTiger is an addition to existing calendar and supports most of the standard calendar features such as click to edit event, click to create new events, display different calendar types (tasks, events, project tasks, invoices, birthdays, custom types). Therefore, tile/box text is configurable + unique colors can be assigned based on status (also configured by user).

It uses a custom module to create a record every time the email is open, which allows user to create reports and see emails open per day/month, emails open per subject/campaign & more.
