In most cases upgrade from vTigerCRM 5.x to vTigerCRM 6 is a straight forward task, however it requires some knowledge of vTiger CRM Administration as well as the server environment. We’ve written an article on how to upgrade from vTiger CRM 5.4 to vTiger CRM 6RC which should be helpful if you decide to take on the task yourself.
