Custom Buttons

Custom Buttons Extension for VTiger was designed to improve efficiency when updating records. Buttons can be configured to show modal popup with selected fields. For example, you can add a button to "Update Address" which will only show address fields when clicked. This is very primitive example, however it can be used for so much more. Most commonly used scenarios:

Checklists (popups that only include checklist fields)
Missing/Incomplete information (custom logic to show/hide buttons only if conditions are true e.g "Missing phone number").
Sales Stage specific information (popups that only include demo, on-boarding, follow up schedule..)

In addition, it supports conditional logic, meaning that buttons can be shown or hidden based on certain condition. For example, if organization's address is incomplete - you could show a button indicating that and with an option to update address when the button is clicked.

Advanced Comments (Colors + Fields)

Advanced Comments extension for VTiger is simply an enhancement to existing comments functionality. It adds up to two picklist fields to the comments section and allows the user to "categorize" comments added. In addition, comments are highlighted based on the configured picklist value, which makes it even more useful. In addition, it supports rich text formatting in comments.

Users can tag or mention each other to communicate better as mentioning a user sends an email notification. Reply button helps to quickly respond to a specific message.

The extension can convert the simple UI into complete conversation view. It enables to expand/collapse comments like conversation views in modern email clients. Smart Preview takes it one step ahead to cut off the preview upon the detection of a specific keyword.

It comes with configuration area to enable one or both picklist fields, set the labels as well as configure picklist values for each field.

Conditional Layouts

Conditional Layouts for VTiger is an Extension with which you can configure unique layouts for different types of records. It allows the system administrator to systematize what fields/blocks to show based on other field values. It was built using VTiger Workflow capabilities and has an intuitive interface to configure conditions as well as fields to be shown, hidden and made mandatory.

Having this ability to dynamically Show, Hide & Make Fields Mandatory will greatly improve data accuracy, efficiency, as well as user experience. For example, there's a (checkbox) field "Married", if the user marks it as "Yes", it will then display additional secondary fields such as "Date of Marriage", "Spouse Name", etc... whatever you have configured, and make them Mandatory to be filled out by the user.

Related Blocks & Lists (Excel like rows/functionality)

Extension for VTiger enabling a display of related records on the Detail, Create, and Edit Views. Intuitive configuration panel allows system administrators to configure which modules (Related Lists) will be displayed on the Detail/Edit Views. Related Blocks & Lists for VTiger also enables you to quickly and efficiently create & update Related List records from within the primary record e.g create/update "Contact" from Organization Detail view.

It supports 2 types of displays: "List" - which will display linked records in Related List manner, and "Block" which will show related records as if they were "blocks" (useful for related records that require to display more than 5-7 fields).
