Google Drive Integration

Google Drive Integration for VTiger makes it very easy to access documents stored on Google Drive without leaving from the VTiger CRM. It fully integrates the two applications, by assigning Google Drive folders to VTiger records. Folders/Files are then accessible directly from VTiger, where you can view them in a "list" or "Gallery" view. In addition, when you click on the document/folder/file - it will open Google file viewer/editor which allows to edit files without downloading to your computer. (Files supported include Word, Excel, Text & much more).

Integration supports all modules, meaning that you can assign folders to any record e.g project, opportunity, order and access the folder while in VTiger.

Box.com Integration for VTiger makes it very easy to manage documents from the CRM. It fully integrates the two applications, by assigning box.com folders to VTiger records. Folders are then accessible directly from VTiger, where you can then upload documents/folders, edit files online, review file revisions, share files and much more.

Document Preview Extension for VTiger

With Document Preview extension for VTiger, you can view your VTiger Documents without downloading or opening the record. The preview is available on the Documents List view, Document Select Popup (on any module) as well as the Document Related list (on any module). Most common file types are supported (See the complete list below).

It supports over 30 field types and uses Google Docs API to preview the files.

Note: You don't need Google Docs to use it.
