The Orange icon with exclamation point inside indicates that the record has been modified by the user who is not the record owner(Assigned To).
If you find this Icon Annoying you can easily remove it by replacing the file “important1.gif” in “vtigercrm/themes/images/” with a one pixel .gif image.
