Hello, is there any repository where I can download your demo and mysql database so that I can test your demo locally? The version on the official site does not work correctly, it shows a lot of errors from installation, creating mailbox, etc. Thank you

Hi guys,

we have vtiger 6.2 currently running on our qnap server. we wanna upgrade to 6.3. Our installation is plain core 6.2 with some custimization but no code change or anythink like that. There is an exisiting migration manual
https://www.vtiger.com/open-source-downloads/
Do you already have expirience with the migration? Are there problems?
(We dont have a test region for the migration... so it better has to work ;))

thx

In reply to <a href="https://www.vtexperts.com/vtiger-6-3-official-release-demo/#comment-19863">Quentin</a>.

You could try to create new field and adjust the field permissions to be not visible in portal. It will not be "Comment type field", but instead just a simple text field.

If you want to be able to specify public versus private comment - please contact us and we'll help you customize.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

We are looking for a solution to hide comments in tickets from the customer portal.

For example, our support team will use the tickets module and customer portal to answer queries form our customers. - We then need to make a comment about the customer which is confidential which we do not want to be posted to the customer portal but displayed in the tickets module.

For security, we need this to be a completely separate field on the tickets module page.

Is it possible to get this?

Cheers
