Click on the “Quotes” tab and select “Totals“.  Click on the “Delete” icon to remove Shipping & Handling Charges.  Here you can see there are no Shipping & Handling Charges while creating a Quote.  For further help, contact us on help@vtexperts.com. Click on the “Sales Order” tab and select “Totals“.
