Activity Reminder (Alert/Popup) Extension for VTiger was designed to make calendar reminders look similar to outlook. The reminder popup shows up automatically when the activity is due and displays current day's activities with basic details such as subject, description, related to (contact, lead, organization, etc..) as well as Due In. In addition, built-in Snooze option allow the user to snooze all or individual activity.

We added a shortcut to open the popup manually, which makes it a great tool not only for reminders, but also for viewing activities for the day.

Job Scheduler/Calendar

We enhanced standard VTiger calendar by adding a Job/Work Scheduler view, which is a must-have for organizations that rely on calendar and scheduling. It was designed to show all the users/groups as rows, while the days/hours/weeks/months remain as columns. This allows users to see events assigned to each user without them overlapping onto other users/hours.

Job/Work Scheduler Calendar for VTiger is an addition to existing calendar and supports most of the standard calendar features such as click to edit event, click to create new events, display different calendar types (tasks, events, project tasks, invoices, birthdays, custom types). Therefore, tile/box text is configurable + unique colors can be assigned based on status (also configured by user).

Google Maps & Route Integration

Google Maps & Route Integration for VTiger was built to give your staff the convenience to quickly see the customers (or any other module with an address) on the map as a pin. It is also capable of creating different types of routes (Walk, Drive) as well as printing them as "directions" with an option to include the map (Identical to Google Maps). In addition, the routes can be generated either automatically or manually.

It allows you to specify Map Center (User/Company Address Or Zip Code), define Radius, select address to map (Billing/Shipping) as well as pin field. In addition, the route formation can be automated for the ease.

With Google Maps & Route Integration for VTiger function you will be able reach even more customers than you could in the past and quick and easy access to the map. Map center and adjustable radius will help you to visualize & print your schedule.

It also supports Native Google Maps, meaning that you can print directions using smart phone, iPad or any other device.

Calendar Popup/Preview for VTiger is a highly customized extension with several useful features. It allows you to quickly preview the Event information without leaving the Calendar. Easy to use tabbed popup will display linked record such as Contact, Organization, Lead, Ticket, & Custom module's information and lets you update, delete, create, or link the existing records to Calendar Events.

It replaces the unnecessary standard Event window with more enhanced modal popup with a lot more useful information.
