Knowledge base plugin for VTiger was designed to allow users to access internal documentation more easily. Very easy to use navigation/interface accessible from any page in VTiger. In addition, knowledge base does not overwrite current page you are on, but instead opens a popup/overlay, meaning that you can open and close it while editing/creating records.

It has instant + smart search, where the results will be displayed as you type. We added custom search logic to find only relevant articles. The plugin itself is fully customizable. You can create your own category, set limits on articles, configure custom permissions and much more.

Custom Headers

Custom Headers extension for VTiger was developed to increase the visibility from summary and detail views. Headers can be fully customized, meaning you can select the icon, color and define different field label. Headers were designed to be noticed immediately. The color and the icon really helps the user to see it right away.

In addition to displaying primary module fields, it also supports parent modules. For example, you can create a custom header for Ticket and select the field to be displayed (on the header) from the Organization.

Conditional Alerts/Popups

Extension designed to trigger popups/alerts based on a certain field(s) value on the record. It supports edit/create views, meaning that as you fill in the field - you can trigger an alert/popup on the screen and prevent record from being saved. It also works with detail views and the alerts are shown as you open the record. It's very powerful extension to enforce rules, policies as well as any other restrictions to maintain data integrity.

We'll give you an example: Assume ticket is being created, however the customer(organization) has a status of "Unpaid" or "Suspended" - with the extension, you will be able to configure to alert the person creating a ticket (on the spot) and prevent ticket from being saved.

Item Details Customizer for VTiger is programmed to allow users to add custom columns/fields to Quotes, Invoices, Sales/Purchase Orders Item Details section (Products/Services). It supports standard & custom fields as well as all the types (Picklist, Multi-Select, Date, Checkbox, etc..).

It enables to reorder existing Item Detail columns and set the custom columns as mandatory & pre-fill from the product/service fields. Upon record conversion e.g Quote > Invoice, the custom columns will be transferred properly.

Custom Views & Forms for VTiger is designed for system administrators. You can configure different views/layouts for any module with the help of this extension. It is capable of configuring multiple views for trouble tickets, e.g "Repair Ticket" & "Support Ticket" and for both views, you can specify different sets of fields and only display the fields that apply to each type of ticket. (Supports all modules)

It converts the "+Add Module" button into a picklist type button which enhances the flexibility and options for you in the CRM. So you just have to select the forms to be configured e.g "+Add Repair Ticket" or "+Add Support Ticket".

Dynamic Blocks

The extension for VTiger "Dynamic Blocks" serves a purpose of making things easier and faster for you. The extension gives you the control to Show or Hide blocks on any record view. It's extremely helpful to separate out different types of records, such as "Corporate" and "Personal" Contacts, "New Install" or "Repair" Tickets. The blocks are shown or hidden based on the Picklist field that is configured in the settings area.
