We added<strong> custom search logic</strong> to find only relevant articles. The <strong>plugin itself is fully customizable</strong>. You can<strong> create your own category,</strong> set limits on articles, configure <strong>custom permissions</strong> and much more.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><b>Extension for VTiger designed to convert Quote/Invoice/Order to Project. </b>It comes with intuitive conversion wizard/popup includes:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Pre-filled Project Name</strong> (with subject)</li>
<li><strong>Option to select Project Start/End Date</strong></li>
<li><strong>Option to exclude products/services</strong> (by default, all products/services get automatically checked/included)</li>
<li><strong>Option to set Project Task Start/End Date</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>When the project gets created, <strong>it will automatically create project tasks</strong> as well. Each project task will get associated with appropiate service/product. Project will get associated with quote/invoice/order from which it was created.</p>
<p><strong>You can also auto-fill additional data from quote/invoice/order to project</strong>. This would have to be done by creating simple <strong>workflow</strong> (executed when project gets created) and configure it to auto-fill/set required fields. (Same method applies to auto-filling product/service information to project task or setting default values).</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Custom Buttons Extension for VTiger</strong> was designed to improve efficiency when updating records. Buttons can be configured to show modal popup with selected fields. For example, you can add a button to "Update Address" which will only show address fields when clicked. This is very primitive example, however it can be used for so much more. Most commonly used scenarios:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Checklists</strong> (popups that only include checklist fields)</li>
<li><strong>Missing/Incomplete information</strong> (custom logic to show/hide buttons only if conditions are true e.g "Missing phone number").</li>
<li><strong>Sales Stage specific information</strong> (popups that only include demo, on-boarding, follow up schedule..)</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition,<strong> it supports conditional logic</strong>, meaning that <strong>buttons can be shown or hidden based on certain condition</strong>. For example, if organization's address is incomplete - you could show a button indicating that and with an option to update address when the button is clicked.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><b>Round Robin Assignment Extension for VTiger</b> was designed to automatically<strong> assign users to tickets, leads</strong> (or any other module). The assignment is driven based on the condition configured in the policy area. Round Robin Policy configuration consists of a trigger field e.g "Ticket Status",  value (Unassigned Value) that will identify any unassigned tickets e.g Status is "NEW" and value (Assigned Value) that will be used to update ticket when it's assigned e.g Status is "Open".</p>
<p>In addition, it supports<strong> ONLINE and OFFLINE status</strong> for each user, meaning that users can control their availability (optional).</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><b>Easy Item Lookup Extension for VTiger was designed</b> to <span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>significantly increase the efficiency when adding products &#38; services</strong></span> to the invoices/quotes/sales  &#38; purchase orders. We applied a method that is <strong>very similar to any online shop</strong>, where you select your category and items reload based on the category selected. It supports up to 3 "category" fields, meaning, that you can narrow down your search by any picklist field on product/service (category, sub category, manufacturer, type, etc..). It also supports filter by vendor, which works exactly as the category filter.</p>
<p>In addition, to the easy lookup, you can also search the product/service by name, part number or any other field on the list (similar to standard vtiger functionality).  Special<strong> filtering options such as A-Z, In Stock Only, Bundles Only, Inactive</strong>  are also available.</p>
<p>On top of that, you can <strong>adjust Quantity and Price (on the popup) before the item gets added</strong> or even after (qty/price will update automatically on the record).</p>
<p><strong>Easy Item Lookup is by far one of the most important extension</strong> you should have if you do any work with Quotes, Invoices, Orders or Purchase Orders.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>SLA Policy Extension for VTiger</strong> was designed to improve response times, accountability, <strong>when dealing with time sensitive matters</strong>. It's mostly used in support/helpdesk department, where <strong>each ticket/case has to be assigned and worked on/resolved by certain date and time</strong>. It allows administrator to create custom SLA Policy rules, which then get automatically applied to a record. For example, if a new critical gets created and does not get claimed/assigned by a user, a <strong>policy can be setup to notify the available users every 10 minutes since the ticket has been created.</strong> In addition, you can notify supervisor via email or text (workflow) 20.. 30..40.. minutes after if the ticket has not yet been worked on.</p>
<p>Other possible use cases are:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>New HOT Lead comes in</strong>, if after 10 minutes the lead is still unassigned, you can <strong>automatically assign it to a sales rep or notify users/managers</strong> + trigger any workflow.</li>
<li><strong>Invoice has been open (unpaid)</strong> for more than 14 days, you can create a policy that will <strong>notify you/accounting</strong> that the invoice has not been yet paid + you can <strong>trigger automated emails</strong> to the customer, account rep and much more.</li>
</ol>
<p>The extension is extremely flexible, meaning that it supports simple actions such as email, reassign as well as workflow, which essentially allows you to trigger any action before or after SLA has been breached.</p>
