Feedback Extension for VTiger was designed to simply request customer feedback directly from VTiger. Feedback email can be triggered automatically (VTiger workflow) or manually by the user. The email itself contains standard text, which you will specify and 5 stars for the recipient to click and immediately provide feedback (feedback is logged as soon as the customer clicks on one of the stars in the email). In addition, by clicking the star - the recipient will be taken to a 'detailed feedback' page, where they can specify any additional notes or adjust feedback. "Detailed feedback page" is also customizable (by system administrator).

Most common use case is:

Ticket status is set to "Closed"
Feedback record is automatically created (based on #1 condition)
Feedback Email automatically goes out to the customer

Once setup, the feedback will collect itself, without any extra effort from your end.

Website Tracker for VTiger is an extension that will allow users to see if leads or contacts visited website (or certain link). You might have seen similar functionality on HatchBuck, HubSpot or Marketing360 where every click on the website is record and stored in the system for marketing/sale purposes. This extension is going to do exactly the same, every time the lead/contact goes to your website, you will be able to see when and where he/she clicked and trigger alerts/email campaigns based on that.

Scheduled Release Date: Q1-Q2 of 2019.

Timeline/Summary (Communication + Updates)

Record Timeline/Summary extension for VTiger was designed to provide complete record visibility. On the timeline, the user can see any communication (emails, calls, comments) as well as record updates. It rolls up the information from 3 relationship level deeps, meaning if you are viewing organization timeline, you will see any information related to organization(emails,updates,comments) as well as any information related to organizations' tickets/opportunities (or any other modules), meaning that you would see any comments added to the ticket/organization while looking at the organization timeline.

In most cases, if you are trying to find out more details about a contact/organization/lead - you would have to click through all the related lists, review any tickets/opportunities one by one, however with the VTiger Timeline extension for VTiger - you can see it all from one screen.

Data Export Tracker

Data Export Tracker for VTiger is an Extension that allows system administrators to track any export or data copy initiated from the CRM. It tracks exports from Lists, Reports, Scheduled Reports as well as copying data using "CTRL+C" or Mouse (Right Click > Copy).

It can be configured to immediately notify (via email) system administrator of the initiated export. In addition, each export/copy is logged and available for system admin to see and download the exported/copied records.

Summary Report (Changes/Updates)

The extension "User Summary Report for VTiger" allows managers to monitor every created or updated record. It integrates with ModTracker (a.k.a "Updates" Widget on Summary View) and displays field updates, linked records (Documents, Invoices, Activities, etc..) as well as shows Comments added on the date specified.

Report produces 2 formats: Standard (displays changes/updates made (as a summary) underneath the record -[easier to view]) and Tabular (displays each change/update in a new row allowing to export and manipulate the data).
