Extension that will transform VTiger into sophisticated email marketing/campaign tool. It will include a step by step wizard, easy to use “marketing list” (to load contacts/leads/organizations), review & send + confirmation/summary view that shows exactly what and when is going to be sent. In addition, it supports batch sending, meaning that you can schedule emails to go out over 15, 30, 60min instead of sending them all at once.

We also developed Email Designer extension, which allows users to create amazing email templates, the functionality is very similar to mailchimp, constant contact or any other email marketing platform.

Email parser for VTiger automatically grabs important data from recurring emails based on your own custom parsing/mapping rules. Once a new email is processed your data gets transferred to VTiger as a new or an update to an existing record.

The extension was built to support a broad variety of use-cases and has a flexible architecture. You can set up custom parsing rules step-by-step which are tailored to your needs.

Email Parser directly integrates with VTiger Mail Converter. VTiger Mail Converter comes standard with VTiger and is used to automatically create leads, contacts, organizations, tickets as well as attach emails to certain records. The standard functionality is fairly limited and it does not support any mapping or additional modules. Our plugin “VTE Email Parser” enhances mail converter and allows email messages to be parsed and data mapped into VTiger records.

Call Center extension for VTiger is designed to allow semi-automated call scheduling. It integrates with VTiger Campaigns and allows calls to be scheduled for Leads, Contacts, & Organizations. It supports multi user assignments (spreading the calls across multiple agents) with an advanced logic (calling their own versus random leads). Each campaign is summarized by Calls Scheduled/Completed & Opportunities Created.

Calendar Popup comes standard which allows to see all the necessary information (Call Details, Contact, Lead, Organization, Opportunity) on a single screen popup. Users can be forced to make calls as well as snooze them.

Google Address

Google Address Lookup for VTiger, as the name suggests, is an accessory to efficiently and accurately enter the address using Google Maps services. As you start typing the address, it will show all possible matches closest to your location.

But the extension does more; It supports custom address fields, meaning that in the configuration panel you will be able to configure any fields to work as 'address lookup fields'. In addition, address lookup can be limited to specific country and it is compatible with both Detail and Edit Views.
