Hi, this is an interesting module.

I’m interested in knowing if we could extend the functionality. It may well need a complete new module building. We are a web agency and have 15 staff.

We’d like to be able to set each staff member up with their own hourly rate, and the cost to us per hour. And then allocate these staff members to the quotation. Also along with any costs to the quote for third-party services. This would allow us to quickly calculate it for the business.
Then… Would like to be a will to track time against the project for each individual staff member so that if one of the staff members who we have allocated 15 hours to the project is tracking for example 14 hours it sends an email to us to say that this staff member has tracked 90% of their time.

Ultimately when the project was finished we be able to see the profit we made on the job because we can see all the staff time that we estimated, the staff time that we actually delivered, any costs on the project

It sounds complicated this but I think actually is just a case of creating some new fields that populate themselves from other information, and calculating a few songs… Happy to talk you through it
